A Food company is on the lookout for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to accelerate our growth by identifying, evaluating, and securing new opportunities for restaurant expansion. This role involves market research, lead generation, strategic partnership development, and coordination with key stakeholders to drive the brand’s physical and market presence.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Identify high-potential markets and locations for new restaurant development.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, demographic data, and competitive landscape to support strategic expansion decisions.
- Use market intelligence tools and field research to uncover new business opportunities.
- Qualify potential opportunities based on brand standards, operational requirements, and market fit.
- Build strong relationships with landlords, brokers, developers, and commercial partners.
- Negotiate favorable terms for site acquisition.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Real Estate, Operations, Marketing, Construction) to ensure project feasibility and successful handover.
- Maintain an active pipeline of leads, opportunities, and market intelligence systems.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in business development, retail expansion, franchising, or real estate—preferably in QSR, retail, or hospitality sectors.
- Strong analytical and commercial skills; ability to evaluate markets, sites, and business potential.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); CRM or mapping tools are a plus.
- Self-motivated and proactive; able to manage multiple projects independently.
- Willingness to travel regularly for site visits, partner meetings, and market assessments.
