Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Planning
- Support the development and implementation of annual brand plans and marketing strategies.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and consumer insights.
- Assist in defining brand positioning, messaging, and value propositions.
- Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and tracking brand performance against KPIs.
Marketing Campaigns & Execution
- Assist in planning and executing advertising, promotional, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Manage product promotions.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
- Support product launches and brand activation events.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance and recommend improvements.
Product Management
- Collaborate with product development teams to refine product offerings based on market and consumer feedback.
- Monitor product performance, pricing, and distribution.
- Support packaging design, updates, and approvals.
Brand Communication & Content
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication platforms.
- Assist in creating engaging content for social media, PR, and digital channels.
- Coordinate with media and PR agencies for brand coverage and influencer collaborations.
Market Research & Analytics
- Gather and analyze consumer data, sales reports, and market insights to evaluate brand health.
- Prepare brand performance reports and present findings to management.
- Track competitors’ activities and industry trends.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, trade marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to align brand objectives with business goals.
- Support the sales team with marketing materials and trade promotions.
- Maintain effective communication with external partners, vendors, and agencies.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in managing hair brands
- Female Prefered.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, brand positioning, and consumer behavior.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Nielsen, or CRM systems) is a plus.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Creative thinker with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
