Express Property Management Co. Ltd is a reputable property and facilities management company looking for a committed team player with relevant qualifications and experience to occupy the position of Property Manager.
Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain properties of the company and third party properties
• Manage the filing, records keeping, & storage of maintenance documentation
• Process utility bills and follow up for prompt payments
• Respond to inquiries about maintenance requests
• Administer service contracts
• Respond promptly to emergencies
  

Qualification Required & Experience

• Minimum of a Diploma in Estate Management/Building Technology with a marketing background
• Minimum of 3 years post qualification working experience in a similar role
• Good IT skills especially word, excel and Internet usage
• Good report writing skillsGood customer relations skills
• Ability to work under pressure

• Strong knowledge of residential and commercial property markets
• Proven ability to close property leasing and sales deals
• Up to date knowledge of trends in leasing and market rentals
