Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide factory workers during daily operations
- Ensure machines and workers are running efficiently and safely
- Report any issues or delays to the factory manager
- Make sure products meet quality standards
- Keep accurate records of production activities
- Support and motivate your team to perform at their best
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Previous experience in a factory, preferably in a leadership role.
- Basic understanding of machines and production processes.
- Ability to speak English clearly(local language like Twi or Ewe is a plus)
- Responsible, honest, and a team player
- Willing to learn and grow with us
