Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Operations Manager to oversee factory production, farm operations, and trading activities. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving efficiency, managing accounts, reporting KPIs, and engaging with financial institutions and regulatory bodies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily factory and farm production activities.
• Manage trading operations across agricultural products.
• Maintain and report on daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
• Handle accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Liaise with banks, suppliers, and administrative/regulatory authorities.
• Lead operational reporting using Excel, PowerPoint, and ChatGPT tools.
• Manage basic social media marketing (an asset but not mandatory).
• Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills

• Strong skills in accounting and financial management.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and ChatGPT tools.
• Fluent English communication (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Knowledge of social media marketing (advantageous).
• Background in agriculture or agro-processing (an advantage).
• Ability to work flexibly and independently.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
