Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Accra, offering opportunities to develop valuable professional skills as a National Service Personnel at Four Points by Sheraton Accra Kotoka Airport. Responsibilities may include providing excellent customer service, supporting daily business operations, supporting the human resources section, assisting in sales initiatives, and handling administrative or analytical tasks to contribute to the organization’s objectives. The role also involves effective communication and problem-solving to support the success of the hotel’s services and guest experiences.
Qualifications

• Effective and fast typing skills
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess data and support operational processes.
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with team members and guests.
• Proficiency in Customer Service to ensure positive guest experiences and maintain the hotel’s hospitality standards.
• Experience or interest in Sales and knowledge of interpersonal selling strategies is beneficial.
• Basic understanding of Finance or willingness to learn financial operations in a hospitality context.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• A proactive mindset and a commitment to delivering high-quality work with attention to detail.
