Key Specifications & Requirements
- Assembly Expertise: Proficiency in reading technical blueprints and assembly manuals to install modular kitchens, wardrobes, and office furniture.
- Hardware Mastery: Expert knowledge of modern hardware components
- Soft-close hinges and hydraulic stays.
- Tandem drawers and pull-out accessories.
- Sliding door mechanisms and wardrobe fittings.
- Precision Leveling: Ability to ensure all units are perfectly plumb, level, and square, even when working with uneven floors or walls.
- Site Modification: Skill in making minor, clean adjustments on-site (such as scribing fillers or cutting service holes for plumbing/electricity) without damaging factory finishes.
- Tool Proficiency: Experience using professional-grade power tools, including circular saws, jigsaws, miter saws, and laser levels.
- Material Handling: Knowledge of how to handle and clean various surfaces to ensure a scratch-free delivery to the client.
Qualification and Experience
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in modular furniture or interior fit-outs.
- Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for alignment—ensuring consistent gaps between shutters and drawers.
- Problem Solving: Ability to identify and fix site-related challenges during the installation process.
- Communication: Professional demeanor when interacting with clients and other site contractors.
