Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Accra for a National Service Personnel. The role includes assisting in various hotel operations, providing human resources support, excellent customer service, and supporting departmental needs. The candidate will collaborate with teams across different functions, such as customer relations, sales, and administrative tasks, to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to manage guest relations and inquiries effectively.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to support operational and administrative tasks. Computer, speed-typing skills.
• Basic knowledge of Sales and Finance to assist in relevant departmental functions.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proactive attitude with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic hospitality environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
