Role Description
This is a contract role for a National Service - Human Resources position. The role is on-site and based in Accra, Ghana. The individual will assist in the day-to-day administration and support of HR functions, including managing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and supporting personnel management activities. Additional responsibilities may include assisting with recruitment processes, maintaining documentation, and contributing to employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Human Resources (HR) functions and Personnel Management.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
- Relevant educational background, such as an HND or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the BPO industry is a plus.
