Independent Delivery Operations Partner
Job summary
We’re looking for reliable and professional independent delivery partners across Ghana to deliver exceptional customer experiences, handle packages responsibly, and maintain strict chain-of-custody standards from pickup to delivery. Job descriptions & requirements
- Conduct customer verifications prior to delivery, ensuring all necessary contact and documentation are completed.
- Manage the handover of packages efficiently and securely to customers at designated locations.
- Collect COD payments from customers and ensure timely remittance within specified deadlines.
- Coordinate with the operations team to update delivery status and resolve any logistical issues promptly.
- Maintain professional communication with customers, providing updates and addressing inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
Compensation & Performance Evaluation:
- Compensation is based on the number of completed orders and is tiered according to your Delivery Success Rate (DSR).
- Higher performance levels unlock increased payout rates per successfully delivered package.
- There is no upper limit to your earning potential—the more deliveries you complete, the more you earn.
Additional Operational Performance Pillars:
- Customer Contact Rate: Achieve a target of 100% pre-delivery verification, with a minimum of three documented calls for unreached clients.
- System Latency: Provide immediate status updates in the CRM system upon assignment and handover, and ensure cash remittance is completed within 24 hours.
Position Prerequisites & Requirements:
- Transport & Logistics: Must own a personal vehicle (motorcycle or car) with valid licensing.
- Technical Equipment: Android or iOS smartphone, with access to Telegram, Google Maps, and browser-based CRM applications, all with stable data connectivity.
- Communication Skills: Display a calm, professional demeanor in customer interactions, with strong verbal confirmation habits.
Additional Attributes:
- Ready to learn European business standards
- Ready to take on the responsibility for goods we provide in the form of caution fee
- Experience in the logistics and/or delivery sector (huge advantage)
- Have your own courier company (huge advantage!)
- Should have the personality and mentality to grow their own business
- Should be available
Work Location: On the road, completing deliveries within your location in Ghana.
