Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Accra for a Human Resources Manager. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. Other responsibilities include developing HR strategies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, driving employee engagement initiatives, and handling training and development programs to support organizational growth. The role also includes day-to-day administration of HR policies and ensuring a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Management
- Experience with Policy Development, Compliance, and Employment Law
- Strong abilities in Performance Management and Employee Engagement
- Expertise in Training, Development, and Organizational Development
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and growing organization
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment is preferred
