Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Attract and hire qualified pharmacy professionals and support staff.
- Oversee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Collaborate on training modules for pharmacy assistants.
- Coordinate continuous professional development.
- Implement appraisal systems and support KPI setting.
- Guide managers in staff development planning.
- Foster a positive work environment.
- Manage welfare programs and wellness initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to Ghanaian labor laws and pharmacy standards.
- Maintain and update HR policies and employee handbook.
- Oversee payroll, leave management, and HR documentation.
- Maintain accurate employee records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–5 years HR experience (healthcare or retail pharmacy preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Ghanaian labor laws and HR best practice
- Experience in recruitment, training, and performance management
