Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Home Care Provider role based in Accra. The Home Care Provider will assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support, while promoting comfort and safety in the home. Responsibilities include preparing simple meals, helping with light housekeeping, monitoring clients’ well-being, and reporting any changes in condition to supervisors or family members. The role also involves offering companionship, engaging clients in appropriate activities, and following individualized care plans and safety protocols. The Home Care Provider will collaborate with families and other care professionals to ensure consistent, respectful, and high-quality care.
