Job descriptions & requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Installation & Upgrades: Install, replace, and commission new AC units and control systems in residential and commercial properties.
- Routine Maintenance: Perform scheduled preventive maintenance (cleaning filters, checking refrigerant levels, inspecting electrical components, and flushing condensate lines) to optimise efficiency and prevent breakdowns.
- Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults in HVAC systems and execute timely repairs or part replacements.
- Emergency Response: Respond promptly to urgent maintenance requests and faults to minimise tenant downtime and discomfort.
- System Inspections: Conduct regular property inspections to evaluate HVAC system performance, identify potential hazards, and ensure compliance with safety and building policies.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs of service requests, maintenance activities, replaced parts, among others.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Certificate in electrical, electronics, AC installation or HVAC systems.
- Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of hands-on experience as an AC Technician, ideally within real estate, property management, or commercial facilities.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in diagnosing and repairing split systems and central AC units.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication, and a customer- service-oriented mindset when interacting with tenants and property owners
