Job summary
We are seeking a skilled and hands-on Mechanical Engineer based in Ghana to support and manage projects across West Africa. The successful candidate will conduct site surveys, prepare technical drawings, supervise installations, coordinate with site teams, and provide technical support to customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site surveys, take measurements, and prepare technical assessment reports.
- Prepare and revise racking layouts and installation drawings using AutoCAD.
- Manage and supervise the installation and assembly of industrial racking systems.
- Coordinate with site teams to resolve technical and installation challenges.
- Develop and implement preventive and periodic maintenance plans.
- Provide technical support and consultancy to customers at project sites.
- Prepare project reports and ensure that installations meet required technical and safety standards.
- Travel across West Africa as required to support projects and customer needs.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
- Valid driver’s licence with active driving experience.
- Fluency in French is mandatory.
- Good command of English.
- Experience in industrial racking systems, metal structures, or warehouse equipment will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of installation, assembly, and maintenance processes.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently, adapt to different working environments, and travel across West Africa.
