What You'll Do
- Run the production floor during your shift — assign staff and keep the process flowing.
- Manage clean shift handovers so nothing in progress is ever dropped.
- Supervise intake and enforce our quality and process standards on every item.
- Keep machines running well — spot issues early and coordinate fixes.
- Write and submit shift reports to management.
- Support and develop the production team on your shift.
What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year of work experience in a supervisory role.
- Knowledgeable in basic technology — comfortable using apps and simple digital tools.
- Able to write and submit clear reports.
- Hands-on and detail-driven — you spot a quality or safety issue instantly.
- A firm but fair leader who holds people to standards.
- Willing to work shifts, including nights and weekends on rotation.
