Job Description
Housekeeping Attendant
You are at the heart of the hotel! As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will take ownership of guest rooms, ensuring that our guests are provided with a clean, comfortable space, and be a part of creating a memorable experience for them.

What you will be doing:

  • Clean all assigned guestrooms and public areas to standard.
  • Take initiative to add a personalized experience for the guest.
  • Replenishing in-room amenities like, stationery, and other supplies. Ensuring the housekeeping cart is well-stocked and organized.
  • Assisting with the cleaning and upkeep of public areas like hallways, service areas, elevators, and corridors to ensure they remain tidy and presentable.
  • Identifying and immediately reporting any maintenance issues, damage, or technical faults within rooms or public areas to the appropriate department.
  • Interacting with guests in a professional, friendly, and discreet manner, responding promptly to requests and upholding the hotel's commitment to guest privacy.
  • Adhering strictly to all hotel safety, security, and sanitation policies, including the proper use of cleaning equipment and chemicals.

Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:

  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Time management in cleaning rooms efficiently while maintaining quality.
  • Impeccable professionalism and integrity, handling guest possessions discreetly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Guest-focused attitude and strong customer service,
  • Flexibility and adaptability to various shifts and unexpected situations.
  • Warm and caring personality.
  • 1-2 years of previous experience as a Housekeeping Attendant.
  • A higher school diploma, or equivalent is required.
