Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Telesales Execution
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote and sell products/services.
- Identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities using consultative sales techniques.
- Handle customer objections effectively and provide suitable solutions.
- Follow up on leads to build trust and convert prospects into clients.
- Achieve and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Business Development & Account Management
- Prospect, develop, and close new strategic deals at individual and corporate levels.
- Develop contact strategies and Account Development Plans (ADPs) for allocated accounts.
- Build and grow multi-faceted client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Manage the decision-making process within accounts to ensure opportunities are closed.
- Provide thought leadership at C-level and demonstrate understanding of client business strategies.
Operational & Compliance
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM (Zoho).
- Ensure full integration of quality management processes in daily sales activities.
- Provide sales performance data to support management decisions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, HR license provisions, and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Recruiters, Finance, HR, Customer Support).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- 4–6 years proven experience in Business Development, Telesales, or Account Management (B2B preferred).
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong needs-based selling and consultative sales ability.
- Experience in managing and growing client relationships at multiple levels.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho preferred), Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
