Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Commercial Manager to drive business growth and manage key client relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing commercial strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and negotiating high-value contracts. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve revenue targets and resolve technical and service-related issues. This role requires a strong background in sales, business development, or engineering, along with excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills. Fluency in Mandarin is essential.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
The Commercial Manager will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing commercial strategies aligned with company goals.
- Managing client accounts and negotiating contracts.
- Identifying new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Reviewing and resolving products and technical service problems.
- Leading cross-functional teams to deliver commercial objectives.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred).
- Fluent in Mandarin (Chinese language).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a commercial, sales, engineering or business development role.
- Proven track record of managing commercial operations and achieving revenue targets.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Leadership experience with the ability to manage teams and stakeholders.
Other Requirements:
- Industry experience (tech, manufacturing).
- Willingness to travel
