About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven business development executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, and current client relationships.
  • Generate leads and cold-call prospective clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor analysis.
  • Develop and deliver effective presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align on strategy and messaging.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs as set by management.
  • Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events to represent the company and build new contacts.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, and client interactions using CRM tools.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or any related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good public speaking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Education, Tech, Finance and Healthcare
  • Familiarity with B2B sales strategies and consultative selling approaches.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
