To install, configure, test and maintain CCTV surveillance and public-address (PA) systems across assigned company facilities, supporting security, communication and operational continuity.

To maintain and repair electrical installations and equipment at Melcom facilities, ensuring reliable power supply and compliance with company safety procedures and applicable electrical standards.

To inspect, install, maintain and repair gas cookers and related commercial kitchen gas equipment used in company restaurants, bakeries, butchery operations and other facilities, with safety as the primary consideration.

To prepare, cut, portion, package and display meat products to company quality and customer-service standards while maintaining strict hygiene, food safety and temperature-control practices.

To prepare and bake bread, pastries and other bakery products to approved recipes, production plans and quality standards while maintaining food safety, consistency and efficient use of ingredients.

To sell and distribute approved products to assigned customers using a company cash van, grow route sales and collect payments accurately while safeguarding company stock, cash, documents and vehicle assets.

To lead sales performance and customer development for assigned Melcom sales channels, grow revenue and market share, strengthen customer relationships and ensure effective execution of sales plans in line with company targets.

To install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair air-conditioning and ventilation systems across Melcom stores, offices, warehouses and other operational facilities, supporting safe and reliable working conditions.

To monitor product and service quality across assigned retail, food production, bakery, butchery, restaurant and warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with company standards, food-safety requirements and applicable Ghanaian regulations.
