Role Description

This is an on-site contract role for a Subsea Business Development Manager located in the Greater Accra Region, Ghana. The Subsea Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in the offshore energy sector, managing client relationships, and overseeing subsea projects from inception to completion. Daily tasks include market analysis, proposal development, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success. The role requires extensive travel within the region and comprehensive knowledge of the subsea industry.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Business Development and Client Relationship Management
• In-depth knowledge of Subsea, Offshore, and Marine Operations
• Strong Project Management and Organizational skills
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Business, or Marine Operations
• Experience in the offshore energy sector preferable
