Salon & Spa Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily spa operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and client relations.
• Recruit, train, and supervise spa and salon staff, ensuring a high level of service and professionalism.
• Develop and implement spa policies and procedures to enhance customer experience.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness and maintenance of spa facilities.
• Create and manage the spa budget, including sales forecasts and expense tracking.
• Promote spa services and programs through marketing initiatives and client outreach.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, addressing any concerns or feedback.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the spa remains competitive.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in spa management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of spa treatments and wellness trends.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in spa management software is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Minimum Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Certification in spa management or related field is a plus.
