Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor at NO Comp located in Kpandai. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing site staff, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and reporting to management on site activities.
Qualifications
- Leadership, Management, and Problem-Solving skills
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Safety Regulations and Compliance
- Experience in Site Management or Supervision
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Project Management skills
- First Aid/CPR Certification is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
