Showroom Manager

Responsibilities:

Sales Management:

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.

Customer Experience:

• Ensure a high standard of customer service by training and supervising sales staff.
• Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively.

Staff Management:

• Recruit, train, and mentor showroom staff to enhance their performance and product knowledge.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

Operational Oversight:

• Manage showroom inventory, ensuring products are well-displayed and stocked.
• Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and maintaining showroom cleanliness.

Marketing & Promotion:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional events and campaigns.
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to improve showroom offerings.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Showroom Manager or in a similar role in retail or sales
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Proficient in MS Office and experience with sales management software.
• A passion for customer service and a keen eye for detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
