Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our ride-hailing and car partnership initiatives. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in the online ride-hailing industry and a deep understanding of investor and partner networks involved in purchasing vehicles for ride-hailing platforms. The Sales Manager will play a critical role in driving business growth by acquiring and managing strategic partnerships, expanding our customer base, and optimizing sales processes.

Job Description/Requirements
Partnership & Business Development:
- Identify, acquire, and manage relationships with investors and partners who purchase vehicles for ride-hailing operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new car partners and maintain strong relationships with existing ones.
- Negotiate terms and agreements with partners, ensuring mutually beneficial relationships.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding and seamless integration of new car partners.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and motivation.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Optimize sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and ride-hailing operators.
- Act as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking sessions, and business meetings.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Track and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures to optimize sales efforts.
- Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate records of partnerships and sales activities.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years working in the online ride-hailing industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of car partnerships and investor networks in the ride-hailing sector.
- Sales Skills: Proven track record in sales and business development with a focus on partnership management.
- Leadership Abilities: Experience in leading sales teams and driving high-performance results.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and leverage business opportunities.
