Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring an exceptional guest experience, efficient service, and a motivated team. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong organizational, customer service, and team management skills, and a deep understanding of restaurant operations from front-of-house service to back-of-house coordination.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction.
- Recruit, train, schedule, and manage front-of-house staff.
- Foster a positive work environment through leadership, motivation, and team development.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing and resolving complaints promptly and professionally.
- Monitor dining area for cleanliness, ambiance, and proper service flow.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service and high food quality.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to ensure cost-efficiency.
- Assist with budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control initiatives.
- Implement and enforce operational policies and procedures.
- Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and quality products.
- Drive revenue by identifying opportunities for promotions, events, and service improvements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth understanding of restaurant operations, customer service, and staff management.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations, labour laws, and hospitality best practices.
- Experience with POS systems, scheduling software, and basic financial reporting.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Exceptional problem-solving, multitasking, and decision-making abilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality management or business is a plus.
