Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager at Atomic Grill GH, located in Madina. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction and service quality. Responsibilities include managing food and beverage service, hiring and training staff, and maintaining communication with both staff and customers. The manager will also handle inventory control and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Experience in Hiring and Training staff
• Excellent Communication skills
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage management
• Proven leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
