Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop a marketing strategy that ensures attainment of the company’s sales goals and profitability
- Coordinate the companies HR operations and policies.
- Prepare and monitor action plans for implementing the company’s marketing strategy
- The candidate will serve as an operations manager.
- Develop and manage sales and marketing budgets, and oversee the development and management of internal operating budgets.
- Generate new leads and business for the company
- Direct and coordinate company sales and marketing functions.
- Participate in the development of new project proposals.
- Serve as a customer relationship manager for our clients
- Initiate and coordinate the development of an action plan to penetrate new markets.
- Prepare to make a presentation to clients on our products and services.
- Own and drive sales and marketing with little or no supervision.
- Prepare to market our software and training services to organizations with a drive to meet sales targets without excuses.
- Contribute to the implementation of marketing strategies.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reporting on activities of marketing. Only serious and dedicated candidates should apply.
