Digital Marketer

Responsibilities:

• Create comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the Deseret overall goals as well as identify target audiences, analyze market trends, and choose the most effective digital channels and tactics to reach potential customers.
• Creating engaging and relevant content is that will promote our brand. This includes writing blog posts, creating videos, designing graphics, and managing social media content. Content should resonate with the target audience and convey the brand's message.
• Must possess SEO and SEM skills. This involves keyword research, on-page optimization, link building, and monitoring search engine algorithm changes.
• Must be able to manage social media platforms which is crucial for building and maintaining brand presence. Develop social media strategies, Create content calendars, Engage with followers, and use paid advertising to reach specific demographics.
• Should analyze data from various sources, such as website analytics, social media insights, and email campaign metrics. Must be able use this data to measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies and make informed decisions to optimize future campaigns.

Requirements:

• HND in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the education or training industry.
• Proficiency in using social media platforms including Snapchat, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
