Job Summary

We are urgently looking for a digital marker with front desk experience to join our company.

  • Minimum Qualification: HND
  • Experience Level: Entry level
  • Experience Length: 2 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website.
  • Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage with customers.
  • Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics using Google Analytics and other relevant tools.
  • Coordinate front desk duties, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and responding to inquiries.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and maintaining records.


Qualifications:

  • HND/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, social media management, and email marketing.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred.
