Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote the hotel's services and facilities. Identify new business opportunities and market trends to ensure competitive advantage. Collaborate with the General Manager and Sales team to establish sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Digital Marketing and Social Media: Oversee the hotel's digital marketing efforts, including social media, website content, and online advertising. Create engaging content and manage social media accounts to boost brand visibility. Analyze website traffic and social media metrics to optimize digital marketing campaigns.
  • Reservation Management: Supervise the reservation process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in booking procedures. Implement strategies to maximize occupancy and minimize booking errors. Coordinate with the Front Desk and Housekeeping to ensure room availability and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and travel agencies. Respond promptly to customer inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Address customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Monitor and analyze reservation data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Generate reports on sales, occupancy rates, and customer feedback to guide decision-making. Use data to optimize marketing campaigns and improve reservation processes.
  • Collaboration and Team Management: Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Provide leadership and guidance to the reservation team, ensuring they meet performance targets. Organize training sessions for staff to improve customer service and reservation efficiency.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing and reservations, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in reservation systems and CRM software.
  • Ability to analyze data and create actionable insights.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
