Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketer to join our team. The ideal Digital Marketer will have to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. This role requires the Marketer to be responsible for maintaining the company’s online presence and sales by working on various marketing campaigns.

  • Social Media Strategy; Develop and implement effective social media strategies tailored to our products, aimed at increasing brand visibility and patronage. Collaborate closely with sales and marketing team to ensure
  • alignment with overarching content pillars and marketing goals.
  • Content Creation; Design visual assets and engaging video reels that showcase the unique features of the products and station locations. Your content should tell a story, highlight the experience of products usage, visit stations and resonate with our target audience.
  • Community Engagement: Actively manage our social media profiles, engaging with followers, responding to inquiries and building a community of loyal customers. Your efforts will foster a positive brand image, drive more followers and engagement and encourage more patronage.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor social media performance using analytics tools and best practices in the digital marketing industry. Apply innovative ideas to keep our content fresh and appealing
  • Market Trends: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices in the digital marketing industry. Apply innovative ideas to keep our content fresh and appealing.
  • Content Calendar Creation: Plan a content calendar and schedule posts across multiple social media channels using effective tools, optimizing spend and performance based on insights.
  • Create awareness on integrated campaigns, activations, industry announcements and core content.
  • Perform other relevant job-related duties as assigned from time to time.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing, or related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong content Marketer.
  • Experience in managing social media platforms, part of a content team or Marketing agency.
  • Proficiency with at least four (4) social media platforms including LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Hands –on knowledge of social media management tools, an understanding of web analytics tools (Social and web).
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and aptitude for forging trusting relationships across diverse, cross-functional teams.
  • An analytical eye and a good sense for the type of content that performs best depending on platform and objective.
  • Entrepreneurial and innovative- You will find solutions where others see roadblocks. You will create opportunities and facilitate business flow. You will create momentum.
  • Excellent Communicator- You will be able to get your point across constructively and persuasively. You will be able to build relationships internally and get people to buy into your ideas.
