Job Summary
The Senior Marketing Executive will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and market share. We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented professional with a proven track record in marketing, preferably in the High-end segment. While prior knowledge or experience in the paint industry is advantageous, it is not a mandatory requirement.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities and Skills:
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with overall company goals.
Brand Management:
- Enhance and maintain the brand image through effective communication and marketing campaigns.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform brand strategy.
Product Launch and Promotion:
- Plan and execute product launches, including coordinating with product development teams.
- Design and implement promotional campaigns to drive product awareness and sales.
Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities, evaluate market conditions, and analyze customer needs.
- Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize marketing efforts.
Digital Marketing:
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Leverage digital channels to enhance brand visibility and engage with target audiences.
Collaboration and Team Leadership:
- Foster collaboration with internal teams, including sales, product development, and design.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the marketing team, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 8 years & above as a Senior Marketing Executive or Manager, with a focus on the High-end segment.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and brand management.
- Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Prior knowledge or experience in the paint industry is a plus but not mandatory.
