Job Summary

Situated in Baatsona, Accra, we are committed to using social media, radio, and TV to not only inform the public about health but also to engage them with our line of products. Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
As a Pharmacist in Media Relations, you will be pivotal in crafting and conveying our message to the public. Your day-to-day tasks will include but not be limited to:
- Content Creation: Preparing engaging and informative content for our digital platforms, including social media, our website, and more.Â
- Public Appearances: Representing the company at various media outlets, including radio and TV stations, to discuss health topics, product benefits, and industry innovations.
- Recording Sessions: Participating in and leading the production of video and audio content that educates and informs the public about health issues and our products.
- Campaign Development: Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies that leverage your pharmaceutical expertise and our digital platforms.
- Educational Outreach: Hosting and participating in webinars, live Q&A sessions, and educational programs designed to promote health awareness and product knowledge.
- Market Research: Keeping abreast of the latest health trends and pharmaceutical innovations to ensure our content is relevant and impactful.
- Feedback Analysis: Engaging with our audience to gather feedback and insights to refine our marketing and educational strategies.
- Spearhead initiatives to adopt new digital media formats like podcasts, webinars, and interactive platforms.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (or Pharm.D) required; a Master's degree or higher will be a bonus, but not required.
- In good standing with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ghana
- Demonstrated high intellectual capacity, with a proven ability to grasp, analyze, and communicate complex health-related information effectively.
- At least 1 year of post-registration experience, with a strong preference for candidates who have experience in public speaking, media appearances, or content creation.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate complex medical information into engaging, understandable content.
- Comfortable with and experienced in appearing on camera and speaking in public forums.
- Creative thinking and the ability to work collaboratively with a marketing team.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms is highly desirable. Remuneration
The selected candidate will be offered a competitive salary package that aligns with the minimum recommended rate for pharmacists by the Pharmaceutical Society of Ghana (PSGH).
Other allowances that apply to the role, will be given as well.
