Marketing Officer

Responsibilities: 

• To plan and work with other members of a sales or marketing team to plan, execute and monitor a successful marketing campaign.
• Continuous visiting of client project site and market our concrete product to them
• Liaise with internal teams and Batching Plant members to ensure that client receive sufficient product information.
• Prepare and submit monthly marketing report to Management
• Learn to take site measurement and recommended appropriate concrete class to the client.
• Set specific marketing goals and work hard to achieve them
• Design and implement marketing strategies aligned with business targets
• Use customer feedback to ensure client satisfaction
• Generate innovative ideas to promote our brand and our products
• Analyze sales and marketing metrics and forecast market trends
• Arrange with Accounts Dept. to issue Proforma Invoice to clients

Requirements/Skill:

• Effective writing, speaking, presenting and active listening skills.
• Good interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate with management, team members, clients and customers where applicable.
• Familiarity with Ready mix concrete business and construction industry management.
• Critical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making.
• Understanding of industry best practices.
• Creativity, adaptability and familiar with current marketing trends
• Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills

Salary Range: Negotiable
