Job Description/Requirements

Job description:

  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer preferences. Analyze competitor activity and consumer behavior to inform marketing strategies.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop marketing plans and strategies to reach target audiences and achieve business objectives. Set marketing goals, timelines, and budgets, and monitor performance against key metrics
  • Brand Promotion: Create and implement branding initiatives to increase brand visibility and awareness. Develop marketing collateral, advertising campaigns, and promotional materials to effectively communicate brand messages.
  • Product Positioning: Identify unique selling propositions and value propositions for products or services. Develop positioning strategies to differentiate offerings from competitors and appeal to target customers.
  • Digital Marketing: Utilize digital marketing channels such as social media, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising to reach and engage target audiences online.
  • Content Creation: Develop compelling content for marketing campaigns, including website copy, blog posts, social media posts, videos, and infographics. Ensure that content is relevant, informative, and aligned with brand messaging.
  • Lead Generation: Generate leads and inquiries through various marketing channels, including online advertising, email campaigns, and promotional events. Nurture leads through the sales funnel to convert them into customers.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through personalized communication, follow-up, and customer support. Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Measure key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI) to evaluate effectiveness and optimize future strategies.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing, advertising, or related roles.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creativity and innovative thinking.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-oriented mindset and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of market research techniques and methodologies.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional certifications in marketing or digital marketing.
  • Experience with marketing automation software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Industry-specific knowledge and experience.
