Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation of marketing strategies.
- Support the marketing manager in overseeing the department’s operations.
- Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness.
- Liaise with stakeholders and vendors to promote success of activities and enhance the company’s presence.
- Prepare content for the publication of marketing material and oversee distribution.
- Collaborate with marketing manager in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses.
- Responsible for the preparation of all campaign and brand related reports.
- Planning and executing promotional activities to increase brand awareness.
- Manage the advertising budget to ensure that it is apportioned through the right channels to the target audience to ensure goals of set campaigns are met.
- Responsible for ensuring that all marketing activities are in line with the institutions brand manual.
- Responsible for coordinating marketing projects and activities in collaboration with marketing manager & internal customers.
- Facilitate the execution of digital marketing strategy and monitoring of various digital platforms to ensure successful implementation of strategy.
- Ensure copywriting on all marketing assets adhere to the tone and voice of the brand guide and speaks to our products concisely and accurately.
- Responsible for ensuring that branded items and marketing materials are stocked in efficient quantities, to reduce waste; whiles making adequate quantities available when needed.
- Collaborating with marketing manager and agency to ensure all design and production requests are delivered on time.
- Monthly monitoring and reporting of branch outlook to ensure that all branches have and maintain the same look and feel.
- Responsible for ensuring that all branding and signages are in excellent condition at all times.
- Responsible for ensuring that all posters, communication from regulators & other displayed messages are regularly updated and displayed in standardized manner throughout all branches.
- Responsible for any other task assigned by management.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration or relevant field.
- Experience in working with multinational institutions.
- At least 3 years’ managerial working experience in an advertising or marketing agency with proven knowledge of copy writing, project management and creatives.
- Experience in managing various vendors and marketing related professionals.
Skills:
- Proven experience as marketing officer or similar role.
- Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles.
- Thorough understanding of digital marketing and analytics.
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Creativity and commercial awareness.
- A team player with a customer-oriented approach.
- Hard working and driven.
- Excellent administrative and management skills.
- Positive attitude.
- Self-motivated with the ability to meet project deadlines.
- Ability to work independently without supervision.
