Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan that aligns with the companys objectives, focusing on digital and traditional channels to enhance brand visibility and market penetration.
- Brand Management: Oversee all aspects of brand management, including positioning, voice, and visual identity, ensuring a cohesive and compelling brand presence across all platforms.
- Digital Marketing Excellence: Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns, to drive traffic and engagement.
- Content Creation & Management: Direct the creation of engaging marketing content across various channels, ensuring content is on-brand, diverse, and effectively targets our key demographics.
- Analytics & Reporting: Utilize analytics to track campaign performance, interpret data, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing strategies and demonstrate ROI.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring all marketing activities are cost-effective and deliver a high return on investment.
- Partnership & Relationship Building: Cultivate and manage relationships with external agencies, partners, and vendors to support marketing objectives. Expand and coordinate with channel partners for enhanced sales opportunities.
- Market Research & Insights: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 5 years of marketing experience, with a proven track record in a leadership role, preferably in real estate or a related luxury sector.
- Comprehensive understanding of the real estate market, investment and luxury consumer behavior in Ghana.
- Expertise in digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and web analytics.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed strategic decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering strong relationships both internally and externally.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovative marketing strategies that challenge the status quo.
- Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
