Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Marketing and Business Development Manager. The ideal candidate will work from home and must have a reliable internet connection. As a Marketing and Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our company by developing and executing effective marketing strategies and identifying new business opportunities.

Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target markets.
  • Manage and coordinate marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, and advertising.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Analyze marketing and sales data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
  • Create and maintain a marketing budget and track marketing and sales performance against targets.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvement.


  • Proven experience in marketing and business development, with a strong track record of success.
  • Should have a Computer and stable internet connectivity.
  • Excellent Microsoft Skills(Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and technologies.
  • Willingness to learn and continuously improve.

Pay: 1500 GHS per month for a 6-month probational period.

         2500 GHS per month for the first year.

         3500 GHS per month for the second year as a loyalty bonus.
