The Draw Manager will be responsible for planning, supervising, and executing all aspects of the lottery draw process. The role requires strict adherence to regulatory standards, transparent operations, and effective coordination with draw officials, auditors, and technical teams.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage the schedule of all lottery draws.
- Ensure all draws are conducted in compliance with regulatory and legal standards.
- Supervise the setup, testing, and operation of draw machines and equipment.
- Coordinate with auditors, draw supervisors, and media representatives.
- Ensure the secure storage and handling of draw equipment and materials.
- Maintain detailed records of each draw event.
- Investigate and report any irregularities or incidents.
- Provide training and guidance to draw staff.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Communication studies, Information Technology, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years; experience in a supervisory or operations management role (experience in gaming, lottery, or regulated industries will be an added advantage)
- Strong understanding of compliance, auditing, and risk management.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage high-stakes events.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic IT troubleshooting.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Flexibility to work outside normal hours, including weekends and holidays when draws occur.
