Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Leasing Administrator located in Kumasi. The Leasing Administrator will be responsible for lease documentation, managing leases, communication with tenants and property owners, lease administration, and property management on a day-to-day basis.

Duties:

Their main duties and responsibilities include:

• Reviewing and maintaining lease agreements
• Ensuring compliance with lease terms and conditions
• Processing rent payments and managing security deposits
• Coordinating and monitoring lease renewals and terminations
• Interacting with tenants and addressing their concerns or queries
• Updating and maintaining a database of all lease transactions
• Coordinating property inspections and maintenance services
• Preparing and presenting reports on leasing activities to management
• Collaborating with legal teams to handle lease-related disputes or litigations
• Staying updated with current market trends and ensuring competitive lease rates

Qualifications

• Bsc Real Estate or related field
• Lease Documentation and Lease Administration skills
• Experience in managing leases and property management
• Strong communication skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
• Membership of relevant Professional Association
