Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • The General Manager's responsibilities include; strategic leadership, operations management, compliance and regulatory affairs, financial management


Qualifications:

● Minimum of a bachelor's degree in business, finance or any related ed field

● Professional qualifications and a master's degree in a related field is an advantage

● Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in a leadership role within the microfinance and banking sector

● Strong understanding of microfinance operations, regulations and best practices.
