This leadership role involves strategic planning, team development, client satisfaction, financial oversight, and business growth.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Operations & Performance Management:
- Oversee daily operations at both salons to ensure efficiency and consistency.
- Implement and maintain SOPs across locations to uphold Gigi’s standards of clean beauty and client care.
- Monitor KPIs such as appointment volume, service quality, product usage, and cleanliness standards.
- Conduct regular site visits, audits, and team check-ins.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Manage and support salon managers, front desk coordinators, and service providers.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations.
- Create a positive, empowering culture aligned with Gigi Beauty Bar’s mission.
- Resolve team conflicts and promote continuous staff development and retention.
Client Experience & Brand Representation:
- Ensure exceptional customer service and client satisfaction at both locations.
- Handle escalated client concerns with professionalism and follow-up.
- Uphold the Gigi Beauty Bar brand image in presentation, communication, and customer interactions.
Sales, Financials & Growth:
- Drive weekly and monthly sales performance across both salons.
- Track financial metrics: revenue, cost control, staff productivity, and profitability.
- Collaborate with the Owner on promotions, new service launches, and seasonal campaigns.
- Optimize booking capacity and upselling opportunities through staff coaching and system improvements.
Inventory & Vendor Coordination:
- Manage stock levels of non-toxic products and supplies.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and ensure timely restocking.
- Track usage to minimize waste and reduce product costs.
Marketing & Community Engagement:
- Partner with marketing to grow local visibility and online presence.
- Support client acquisition strategies (e.g., referral programs, influencer collaborations).
- Monitor online reviews and client feedback to refine services and messaging.
Compliance, Cleanliness & Safety:
- Ensure salons meet health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Enforce all sanitation protocols in line with Gigi’s non-toxic philosophy.
- Maintain updated licensing, insurance, and documentation at both sites.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Monthly revenue growth per location
- Client retention and satisfaction scores
- Service provider productivity and booking efficiency
- Inventory cost vs. usage
- Team performance and turnover rates.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in salon/spa or retail management, including multi-location responsibility
- Strong leadership, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills
- Passion for non-toxic beauty, wellness, and exceptional client care
- Proficiency in salon software), Google Workspace, and POS systems
