Job Summary
We are seeking a smart, confident, and driven Front Desk & Marketing Officer to manage customer relations, handle daily office operations, and actively drive marketing both online and on the ground. The ideal candidate must be well-presented, a strong communicator, highly organized, and able to work with little supervision. Knowledge of fashion and branding will be a strong advantage.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk & Customer Service
- Welcome and attend to walk-in customers professionally.
- Handle customer inquiries (in-person, phone, WhatsApp, and online).
- Take and record customer orders accurately.
- Provide information on services, pricing, and delivery timelines.
- Maintain good customer relationships and follow up on orders.
Marketing & Social Media
- Manage daily engagement on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp Business, etc.).
- Respond promptly to messages, comments, and inquiries.
- Develop and implement online and on-ground marketing campaigns.
- Create and post marketing content (photos, videos, promotions).
- Drive customer traffic through promotions, collaborations, and outreach.
Administrative & Financial Records
- Keep accurate daily financial transaction records (sales, expenses, payments).
- Issue receipts and maintain proper filing of documents.
- Support basic office administration using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Prepare simple weekly or monthly sales and marketing reports.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum HND qualification (Business Administration, Marketing, Fashion, or related field preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Knowledge of fashion and garment production is a strong advantage.
- Strong understanding of social media marketing and online engagement.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Must be a people person – friendly, confident, and respectful.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and trustworthy.
- Self-motivated and able to work with little or no supervision.
- Willingness to work extended hours or weekends when required for promotions or peak periods.
