Job summary
We are looking for a dependable and well-organized Office Assistant to support day-to-day office operations. This role provides general administrative and front-desk support, helping ensure smooth communication, proper documentation, and an organized office environment.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Front Desk & Communication
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department
- Respond to general information emails or forward inquiries to relevantteams
- Greet visitors professionally and provide basic assistance as required
Administrative Support
- Assist with preparation, organization, and filing of company documents and records
- Support mailing and correspondence, including courier coordination
- Perform basic data entry and maintain simple records
- Assist with photocopying, scanning, and document management
Office Support & Coordination
- Help keep the office organized, clean, and presentable
- Prepare coffee and refreshments for visitors and internal meetings
- Support internal teams with general administrative and clerical tasks
- Assist with scheduling, coordination, and other ad-hoc office requests
Required Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in an office assistant, administrative, or front desk role is an advantage
- Good communication skills (phone, email, and in-person)
- Basic organisational and time-management skills
- Comfortable using basic office tools (email, Word, Excel, scanners)
- Willingness to learn and support different departments
- Ability to multitask and follow instructions
Education
- Minimum Senior High School certificate
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is an advantage
