Job summary

We are looking for a dependable and well-organized Office Assistant to support day-to-day office operations. This role provides general administrative and front-desk support, helping ensure smooth communication, proper documentation, and an organized office environment.

Min Qualification: High School (S.S.C.E) Experience Level: Entry level Experience Length: 1 year Working Hours: Full Time

Job descriptions & requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk & Communication
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department
  • Respond to general information emails or forward inquiries to relevantteams
  • Greet visitors professionally and provide basic assistance as required

Administrative Support

  • Assist with preparation, organization, and filing of company documents and records
  • Support mailing and correspondence, including courier coordination
  •  Perform basic data entry and maintain simple records
  • Assist with photocopying, scanning, and document management

Office Support & Coordination

  • Help keep the office organized, clean, and presentable
  • Prepare coffee and refreshments for visitors and internal meetings
  • Support internal teams with general administrative and clerical tasks
  • Assist with scheduling, coordination, and other ad-hoc office requests


Required Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in an office assistant, administrative, or front desk role is an advantage
  • Good communication skills (phone, email, and in-person)
  • Basic organisational and time-management skills
  • Comfortable using basic office tools (email, Word, Excel, scanners)
  • Willingness to learn and support different departments
  • Ability to multitask and follow instructions

Education

  • Minimum Senior High School certificate
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is an advantage
