A growing telecom infrastructure and field operations company is seeking a reliable and highly organised Office Manager to ensure the office runs in a controlled, orderly, and dependable manner. This role focuses on tracking tasks, following up, closing actions, and escalating issues so that work is completed without leadership needing to chase.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain orderly office operations by tracking tasks, following up, closing actions, and escalating issues where required.
- Prepare bookkeeping records, including expense logs, receipts, and cashbook entries, for review by the Accountant.
- Prepare payroll and commission data, ensuring all supporting documents are complete and accurate.
- Manage basic HR administration, including staff records, onboarding documents, attendance, and probation tracking.
- Coordinate sales administration by tracking sales data, verifying documentation, and enforcing reporting deadlines.
- Oversee office and facilities administration, including utilities, cleanliness, service providers, and office issue tracking.
Required Profile
- The ideal candidate is disciplined, detail-oriented, and comfortable following up firmly and consistently.
- Previous experience in office administration, accounts support, HRadministration, or operations coordination is preferred.
- Formal education is less important than reliability, organisation, and the ability to close tasks.
