Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
- Prepare and organize reports, memos, and other documents
- Maintain and update office records and filing systems
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations
- Order office supplies and manage inventory
- Support office staff with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Secretary or in an administrative role
- Accounting background
- Typing proficiency
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Minimum Qualification: Diploma
- Experience: Minimum 2yrs
