Key Responsibilities
- Control and validate the implementation of the brands commercial strategy.
- Ensure reporting to management: analyze and report on commercial activity.
- Evaluate results based on business objectives.
- Carry out qualitative and quantitative objectives.
- Develop the customer portfolio and the average basket.
- Propose and implement action plans to optimize revenue and margin.
- Ensure compliance with the marketing charter, instructions and deadlines during campaign operations, sales, promotions, POS.
- Ensure the success of the launch of the various commercial campaigns to develop attendance and ensure the availability of all the essential art of marketing operations.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and an outstanding customer experience.
- Facilitate periodic meetings to inform and communicate with its staff.
- Transmit to its teams all the rules and procedures in force and ensure their compliance daily.
- Control the organization and execution of activities in the store.
- Coordinate actions.
- Supervise, control, supervise and develop the skills of its employees.
- Direct its teams reaching revenue objectives and commercial indicators.
- Delegate tasks or projects and ensure their fulfillment.
- Assist with staff requitement to HR Manager.
- Ensure compliance with the integration program for new recruits.
- Enforce safety rules and instructions.
- Ensure the achievement of qualitative objectives (breakage, reimbursement, return, display prices and liquidation prices... etc.)
- Guarantee the quality and reliability of physical stock in accordance with the movements made.
- Enforce all the procedures (collection, delivery, sales transactions, VAT exemption, discount...).
- Justify stock discrepancies in rotating and annual inventories and ensure absence of product shortages.
- Guarantee a good management of stock according to the demand and the needs of the customers.
- Be attentive to the local market for better feedback of information to the central services (Prices, products, unity of need, competition).
- Respect the charter of the brand and guarantee good maintenance of the store (technical equipment, rules of hygiene and safety, work clothes ...).
- Carry out commercial reporting to management.
- Ensure the implementation of products as part of the visual merchandising policy.
- Ensure the continuous improvement of management indicators.
- Manage your operating account.
- Ensure compliance with the group HR policy.
- Strictly follows all security protocols set by the company.
- Personal physical presence at store opening and closing hours.
Key Qualifications and Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven ability to create and maintain positive working relationships with vendors, suppliers, shippers, and customers.
- Strong supervisory, organizational and leadership skills.
- Thorough understanding of company products and logistics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Solid knowledge of Store Management, marketing and sales principles
- Understanding of data analysis and forecasting methods
- Proficient in MS Office
- An analytical mind with a strategic ability
- Excellent communication and people skills
- BSc/BA in business administration, marketing or related field.
