Storekeeper
Job summary
We are looking for a reliable and organized Storekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, maintaining stock levels, and ensuring smooth operations within the store/warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies
- Organize and maintain inventory in the store/warehouse
- Issue materials to departments as requested
- Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory systems
- Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies
- Ensure cleanliness and safety standards within the storage area
- Coordinate with procurement and other departments when stock is low
- Prepare and update stock reports as required
- Prepare orders and deliver to clients
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional certifications in inventory management is a plus)
- Proven experience as a storekeeper or in inventory/warehouse operations
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, inventory software)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to lift and move moderate-to-heavy items
- Attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of stock control procedures
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge in computer suit
